Larry Buller President and Partner
Larry Buller is the President and a Partner of Perioperative Services, LLC. He brings more than 20 years of progressive experience in the healthcare industry, with extensive operational and financial expertise. Larry is skilled in practice management, physician acquisition, reimbursement/accounts receivable management, and operational consulting.
Through Larry’s extraordinary vision, he founded the specialty Management Service Organization (MS0). He is highly experienced in improving Physician/Hospital operations and operational and financial performance through technology and process enhancements. Larry is a member of several professional organizations, which enables him to explore various opportunities that would add true value and benefit to our clients.
Larry’s exceptional leadership is proven by the loyalty of his staff and the growth of the company to the incomparable organization it is today.

Steve Mirande Partner, Business Development
Steve Mirande directs Business Development for the Company. With a background spanning more than 30 years in healthcare, including the last 10 years as a Partner in Periop, he brings a wealth of healthcare sales and finance experience. Steve believes in utilizing a consultative, problem-solving approach to solving physician practice concerns. This approach has dramatically improved the financial picture for many anesthesia groups. The steady growth of our customer base will attest to that fact.
Over the years he has also taken an active role in client service, assisting clients with carrier contract negotiations, compliance planning, physician reimbursement models and practice analytics. In his primary role in Business Development, he oversees Sales and Marketing for the firm.

Alan Morales Senior Vice President
Alan Morales is the Senior Vice President of Perioperative Services, LLC. He has over 18 years of healthcare expertise with a strong background in billing & reimbursement, insurance, and hospital administrative settings. His variety of experience, knowledge of anesthesia, and keen business sense provide an outstanding resource to our clients. His insight is invaluable in assisting practices with improving the quality of care, enriching practice performance, aligning investment strategies, and achieving business goals.
Alan has been part of the Periop family since 2002, serving our clients and business operations. Through Alan’s vision, he successfully leads a strong team of in-house experts dedicated to the mission of helping our clients’ practices thrive.
Alan is a dedicated family man who values the importance of a good work/life balance. He enjoys a variety of outdoor activities and home projects.

Lorraine Terrero Director of Operations, CHBME
Lorraine Terrero is the Director of Operations. She joined the company in 2001 and has played a critical role in the company’s growth and development. Her primary responsibilities include client service, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company from a local and global perspective, employee training and development, financial reporting, and project implementation. Lorraine works closely with the information technology team in the company effort to couple the latest technology with the best practices to get the highest return for our clients.
Lorraine brings more than 22 years of financial services experience and over 14 years of training and development expertise to Perioperative Services, LLC. She is a professional resource to the training industry, speaking at engagements run by national organizations. She holds professional Training Director Certification through Langevin Learning Services and is a member of healthcare professional organizations to stay abreast of industry changes and the latest products available to the market. Lorraine is a Certified Healthcare Billing Management Executive (CHBME) through the HBMA and serves on the Publications Committee.
Lorraine is family-oriented and enjoys the life-work balance that can be achieved at Periop. She believes that relationship is key and cultivates

Kay Conlin Client Services Executive
Kay Conlin is a Client Services Executive. After a satisfying career in Nuclear Medicine, she was ready to lend her talents to the business side of medicine.
For the last 20+ years, Kay has led teams in the billing and management of all types of practices - from 3 physician groups to academic practices and regional groups. She has been responsible for various specialties, predominantly anesthesia, pain medicine and radiation oncology. In every type of practice, she enjoys the relationships and assisting clients overcome a variety of industry challenges.
Kay has been a Business Manager at Periop since it’s inception in 1997 and has appreciated working with so many great people with the vision and talent to bring Periop to the current superior level of billing and practice management.
When not at work, Kay enjoys time with family, friends and following the sports teams of her three grandsons.

Tammy Phillips Client Services Manager
Tammy Phillips is a Client Services Manager who joined the Periop team in 2006. She has vast experience in hospital and private practice settings, as well as a background in medical coding.
She began her Periop career as an Audit and Resolution Expert, and was quickly promoted to Billing Manager due to her industry knowledge and level of expertise. All of her experiences add tremendous value to Tammy’s role today in Client Services. Her focus is client satisfaction and practice performance.
When asked what she likes about Periop, her response is the opportunity to work with her clients and staff. Tammy is people oriented and her dedication to her clients is apparent.

Linda Larimore Data Quality Control Manager
Linda Larimore is the Manager of the Data Quality Control Center. Her vast background includes over 20 years of Management experience, ten years of medical billing experience, credentialing, training, quality assurance, financial services and technical writing. She joined Perioperative Services in July of 2000 as the Credentialing Liaison. She was then promoted to manage various areas of operations, which lends a great deal of experience to her current role overseeing quality control. Just a few of her main responsibilities are to ensure clean claims, monitor charge volumes, and implement business rules/edits.
What Linda says she loves most about Periop is, “At our core, our people make the difference. We are the company that cares about your business as much as you do. Quality must come first. And technology, combined with the right people will make incredible things happen for your business.”
Linda stays very active in many charities throughout the year and loves the fact that Periop fosters a family-focused work environment.

Joan McAlee Business Administrator
Joan McAlee has worked in the medical billing field for over 27 years, with 19 of those years focused on anesthesia billing. She started with Periop in 1997, bringing her knowledge and expertise to Periop’s processes. Joan states that medical billing has come a long way in regard to technology. She also boasts that Periop takes pride in providing the highest quality of work and having the most skilled employees. Joan thoroughly enjoys the work and the people she works with.
Joan enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She has three wonderful daughters and four grandchildren. She enjoys reading and playing Wii with her family. Joan also serves the community by volunteering her time to ARC of Chester County.
