Periop is committed to employee growth.  Our Director of Operations, a certified Training Director through Langevin Learning Services, oversees our employee education and development programs.  We believe, “If you dream it, you can do it”.   Our training programs and customized training room are designed around that philosophy.

New hires enjoy training with a dedicated training professional, online reference material, and opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge and skill in a classroom setting.  Our billing system has a training platform so that employees can practice learning modules in a safe environment.  The knowledge and skill of each employee is evaluated by the trainer and presented to management prior to release into production.  Once the employee is in production, he/she is partnered with a subject-matter expert to ensure additional support is provided.
